Terms of Purchase - Client Services

1. Booking & Payments

  • A non-refundable retainer is required to secure services

  • Remaining balance must be paid per contract schedule

  • Services begin only after signed agreement and payment

2. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Retainers are non-refundable

  • Cancellation terms will be outlined in your service contract

  • Partial refunds (if any) are at our discretion unless otherwise stated

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate event details

  • Make timely payments

  • Communicate changes promptly

  • Respect timelines and planning deadlines

4. Vendor Coordination

Events LC may recommend vendors but is not responsible for third-party payment, performance, contracts, or failures.

5. Changes & Rescheduling

Changes may result in additional fees. Rescheduling is subject to availability.

6. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or cancellations due to events beyond our control, including:

  • Natural disasters

  • Government restrictions

  • Emergencies or pandemics

7.Chargebacks

Clients agree not to initiate chargebacks without first contacting Events LC to resolve disputes.
