Grace is our dedicated Bridal Assistant and Coordinator with five years alongside Events LC. With a background in the beauty industry management and a Bachelor’s degree in Communication, she brings a strong eye for detail, organization, and client care. Known for her kindness and calm presence, Grace ensures brides and clients feel fully supported on their wedding and event day, while also leading with professionalism, clear communication, and a commitment to creating a seamless, well-executed experience as a coordinator.

Alejandra Gallardo is an Event Coordinator and Lead Team Member at Events LC, bringing four years of experience and a strong foundation in client and vendor relations. With a Bachelor’s degree in Child Development, she leads with patience, adaptability, and a people-first approach. Known for her creative eye and strong work ethic, Alejandra ensures every event is thoughtfully executed and seamlessly managed. You may also find her designing beautiful floral arrangements, as she serves as our in-house floral expert, bringing each event vision to life with intention and artistry.

She comes from a background of working in education specializing in administration and supporting children with special needs, as well as planning a variety of school events. She values strong vendor relationships and clear communication, helping ensure every event day runs smoothly and seamlessly.

Social Media Manager
Andrea began her journey with Events LC three years ago as an intern and quickly grew into an Event Assistant and later a Coordinator. Her strong attention to detail, fresh approach to design, and positive, patient demeanor set her apart early on and contributed to her growth within the team.
She is currently pursuing graduate studies in event planning, marketing, and fashion in Barcelona, Spain, while continuing to support Events LC as our Social Media Manager. Andy brings creativity, innovation, and a global perspective to the brand, helping us stay inspired and connected both online and in our events.
